Appleton Barber Supply accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. PayPal is also an accepted form of payment.
Shipping is a flat rate of $11.95 for orders totaling up to $84.99. Orders of $85 or more are eligible for FREE SHIPPING.
Shipping is ONLY available to addresses within the Continental United States.
NOTE: All first-time orders shipped to an address that does not match the billing address will be sent a verification letter to confirm the order. This will result in a delay in the shipping of your first order with Appleton Barber Supply. Repeat orders will not need to be verified.
Should you need to make a UPS address correction, there is a $15.00 charge to do so. Please be sure to enter your address correctly.
Any orders that are refused by the customer will be charged the actual shipping costs.
Weather delays may happen for shipments containing liquid items in times of extreme cold temperatures in the Midwest. This is to ensure your products arrive safely.

All returns must be pre-approved by Appleton Barber Supply. You MUST call Appleton Barber Supply to receive an RMA number. Any unauthorized returns will NOT be processed. The yellow RMA form must be completed and returned with your package.
Returned items must come back unused, clean, and complete in the original, clean, resellable packaging. All items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Some items are non-returnable including, but not limited to: special order merchandise, non-stock items, closeout items, and personal hygiene items (razors and razor blades). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No credit will be given until all returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
Additionally, if you received free shipping on your order and your return adjusts your order total below the free shipping minimum, original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Temporary Return Policy Change
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are temporarily suspending product returns on all items.
If you have a product that is still under warranty and is defective, you can check with the manufacturer on the process they have in place to repair or replace that item.
All defective clippers and trimmers under warranty must be sent to the manufacturer for warranty repair.

Repairs for products past the warranty period must be pre-approved. Contact us via phone with your repair request. Customers with products approved for repair will be provided details on shipping the item at your own expense. Repaired or sharpened products sent to Appleton Barber Supply that are not claimed in 90 days will become the property of Appleton Barber Supply and will be discarded.
